1. Subscription Cancellations
1.1 Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can:
- Log into your Collabor8 Well Ltd account and follow the cancellation steps in your account area
- Email us at support@collabor8well.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
2. 7-Day Trial Period
2.1 How the Trial Works
New subscribers may be offered a 7-day trial to experience the Collabor8 Well Ltd platform. During the trial:
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- If you cancel within the 7 days, you will retain access until the trial expires, and no payment will be taken.
2.2 What Happens After the Trial Ends
Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial:
- Your subscription will automatically convert into a full paid plan, and
- The payment method you provided at checkout will be charged the full subscription fee.
Your billing cycle will begin on the date your trial ends. Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been taken, as instant access to digital content is granted.
3. Refund Policy
Because our service provides instant access to digital content, wellness tools, and practitioner-created programmes, our refund terms are as follows:
3.1 UK Customers (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, digital content may lose its 14-day cancellation right once it has been accessed. By subscribing to Collabor8 Well Ltd, you acknowledge that:
- Access to digital content is granted immediately, and
- You waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period once access has begun.
For this reason, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
3.2 Global Customers
For customers outside the UK, digital access is granted immediately upon purchase. Therefore, all subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by local consumer protection laws.
3.3 Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe your situation warrants an exception (e.g., duplicate payments, technical issues preventing access), please contact us at support@collabor8well.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
4. Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment fails, we will make additional attempts to process it. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the programme may be paused until your billing information is updated.
5. Cancellation of Programmes by Collabor8 Well Ltd
In the unlikely event that Collabor8 Well Ltd must suspend or discontinue a programme or subscription service, subscribers will be notified. Refunds or partial refunds may be issued where appropriate.
